I found the above quote on Facebook and thought, “Yes, I totally agree. Now tell me how I’m supposed to do that!"
They are beautiful
words, but, in the world we live in, it’s extremely difficult to detach from
the drama around us, unless we live in the middle of the wilderness!
The masters all say we must be observers, not participants,
because the more immersed we are in drama, the more we contribute to it. They
also say that love is all there is, which, in the energy of Oneness is true.
However, the human world exists in duality and the illusion that all is
separate. The resulting clashes of personalities and viewpoints caused by vast
diversity makes detachment almost impossible, particularly when it is personal
or has caused harm to those we love.
How then, can we become heart-centred and detached when there is so much tragedy and injustice in the world? It is all about consciousness and vibration, and taking responsibility for your own thoughts, words and actions, which takes diligence and practise as well as spiritual practices. Here is an explanation from Saint Germain taken from a few of my past channelings.
“There is much disequilibrium on Earth at the present
time, and many people are still in the lower energies of the Third Dimension.
For those of you who are managing to rise above these energies, it is extremely
important to maintain your higher energy through meditation, contemplation and
prayer.
Stay focused within. Your mind will wish to condemn others
and immerse itself in the drama without. If you allow it such indulgence your
vibrations will lower and you will be subjected to the lower energies of that
vibration. Your body will be affected and you will become out of balanced and
possibly sick. When you are able to stay in a peaceful state, reigning no
judgement on others and allowing the world to exist without it affecting you,
you will be much more impervious to the illnesses and maladies that are
afflicting so many. A balanced mind equals a balanced and healthy body.
It may seem that Earth will never achieve a state of oneness
and that war, violence and terrorism have taken over the vibrations of the
planet. However, this is very much a case of each person taking responsibility
for themselves and for the vibrations they emit to the world. When each and
every person can cease blaming others for the problems in their lives and begin
to examine the emotional baggage that underpins their reactions to the actions
of others, to the circumstances they find themselves in and to their very state
of mind, then the way will be paved towards peace and harmony on Earth.
No-one can change anyone but themselves. No-one else is
responsible for the decisions you have made or for the life that you choose to
live. Nothing can ever be changed until ordinary people, who may think they are
too insignificant to ever make a mark on the world, realise how magnificent
they are, connect to their spiritual essence and begin to step into their power
as co-creators and self-masters.”

The Age of Aquarius:
What it is and Why you Should Care
If you’ve noticed the world seems polarized lately, you are
not alone. From politics to climate change and from pandemics to wars, it can
feel like the human race is having a really hard time getting along. While
these times can leave you feeling destabilized and down, the good news is that
the polarization is because we’re going through a transition from one
astrological age to the next, and the coming period promises to be one of
higher consciousness, compassion, and enlightenment….
The Piscean Age versus the Age of Aquarius
Astrological ages have different influences, values,
attitudes, and beliefs. The Piscean age is characterized by war, machinery, and
the understanding that access to information gives you power. This is the age
defining the cult of “me,” and with this came a separation both from nature and
from each other. Money, power, and control are core values, and the search for
meaning went on outside of ourselves. The Piscean Age marks the beginning of
modernization.
The Age of Aquarius marks a thirst for change and a profound
shift in the consciousness of humanity as we move from “me” to “we.” There will
be new paradigms of how people can live together in peace and equality. It is
an age of ideas and inspiration, where we tune back into the rhythms of nature
and allow the creative consciousness to flow.
The Transition
These transitions can be thought of as waves that slowly
build in intensity, with the strongest point at the end of the period.
Following this metaphor, the Piscean Age is crashing over us as the Age of
Aquarius is just starting to build. The change is not incremental. It is a
simultaneous change that can feel intense and destabilizing.
That’s the bad news. But the good news is that we’ve got a
lot to look forward to as the Age of Aquarius builds momentum. Here are three
key characteristics you can expect from the Aquarian Age.
A Shift From “Me” to “We”
The Piscean Age had a focus on getting our own needs met. It
was characterized by a “me first” attitude, where short-term personal
fulfillment was prioritized over long-term benefit to the collective. It was a
time of materialism and consumerism, and in the Piscean Age, success was
measured by material wealth, financial dominance, and lifestyle comfort.
The Aquarian Age ushers in a shift in perspective. The focus
moves from “me” to “we” as we begin to deeply understand that we are all
connected and that nothing happens in isolation. Each action will be considered
both individually and globally. There will be an awareness that each person’s
behavior affects the vast networks of other living beings and things. This is
an age of paradox: both more individual and more global simultaneously. Watch
as individuals influence communities like never before.
More Transparency: The Unknown Will Be Known
The Aquarian Age is a period of transparency. Expect no
secrets!
In the Piscean Age, access to information gave you power, and
because information was not easily available, you had the possibility to hide
your actions and cloak your behavior. It was easier to get away with things.
In this new age, information is accessible by all, and every
person is under audit. Actions can be tracked and traced. Behavior is recorded
and shared. Expect no stone to go unturned. Because access to information is
available to all, who you are as a human being will matter more and more. What
is your character? What are your values? Do you have integrity? Living in
alignment with your higher self will become more important than ever before.
Access to information is not enough. Neither is knowledge. This age calls for
true wisdom.
Expect Massive Change
The Aquarian Age is a time of great complexity as our sense
of personal identity and our very foundation shifts. Expect developments in all
arenas, including scientific discoveries, technological advancements, and
societal shifts. On an individual level, change and learning will be lifelong
and constant. Technology will pave the way for massive shifts in lifestyle. The
world you entered will not be the same world you leave. From climate change to
space travel and from post-pandemic culture to the metaverse, we are entering a
whole new world. Change is the name of the game, and those who stay mentally,
emotionally, and physically flexible are the ones who will flourish.
How to Navigate the Changing Times
While the coming changes promise to bring us to a place of
higher consciousness, times of transition are rarely easy. Given the magnitude

Unveiling the Age of the Feminine
As another year ends and a new one begins, many people find
themselves hoping for a better year ahead, with less difficulties and problems.
While some people coast through their lives relatively unscathed, many others
never seem to get a rest between one upset and the next. The fact remains that,
as the energies around the world accelerate and strengthen, pushing the
boundaries between the dark and the light, many more people will find their
lives containing more twists and turns than an adventure novel! This is because
many souls have shed their karma and are stepping into their mastery, while
just as many others are struggling to survive their lives because their
connection to the all is dimmed through religion and mis-information. The
resulting clash is causing much turmoil around the world!
The traditions and patterns of behaviour in societies that
have for so long favoured the masculine, often at the expense and/or sacrifice
of energy of women and the feminine energy contained within the human species,
have, in the last decade, been challenged in many ways and forms. What has been
revealed as a result? The long-term and sustained abuse of women, children and
innocent people over many decades by men for their own pleasure masked by
privilege, status, wealth, religion and fame. The horror of their actions has
been, in many cases, made worse by their constant denials and claims of
innocence, which, far from fooling anyone, has led to a mass breakdown in the
faith of the justice system, governments, churches and other institutions as
their lies are continuously defended and, in many cases, ignored.
The ages of masculine energy that have ruled and dominated
over the eons, much of it masquerading as the ‘Word of God” but which was, at
the crux of it, the male ego, continues to fight to do so today. Even as the
Age of Aquarius is firmly in place and the Divine Feminine seeks to heal and
restore the wounds of the past, the tug and tussle to overcome the New Age is
resulting in extreme, nefarious acts of terror, war and dictatorial decrees
that are stunning the First World. Those who would rule without question,
taking what they will and citing the reasons as they see fit, are seemingly
creating a new age of their own. What is to become of the common man, when it
seems he/she has no voice against such power? How is the human race to survive
against this unnatural wave that threatens to sweep all who resist it into
oblivion?
Take heart that nothing on the surface is as it seems. As
new, social structures arise, others are destroyed. As the light overcomes the
dark, the old must make its way into the new, sometimes in ways that create
much disorder before order can be maintained. There will always be a struggle,
in the Third and Fourth Dimensions, for power and rule; that is a given and it
would be naïve to think otherwise. However, the perspective with which the all
of the turmoil and violence can be viewed upon the Earth is important, because
it can be one of positivity and hope.
If one views the happenings on Earth as a crumbling, rather
than a building up, it changes the paradigm completely. No significant event on
Earth is without a hidden agenda, and not all of those agendas are from this
lifetime. There are still many hidden skeletons to be revealed, and not all
hands that reveal them are clean either. However world happenings appear on the
surface, be sure that there is much clearing and shifting occurring. The worst
thing anyone can assume is that they are powerless to affect the energies or to
make a difference. Now, as it has been for some time, it is more important than
ever that those who have been sleeping, awaken, and those who are awakened
assist those whose awareness is evolving.
If there is one thing every person on Earth, and that
includes you, can do that is more powerful than any ruler in the world, is to
find it within yourselves to be the best you can be. Let go of the past and all
of the wounds it has left. Find it in your hearts to forgive and to heal. Be
honest and true to yourself by stripping away all of the armour that has hidden
your true self from the world. Live with love and integrity, kindness and
compassion. It may seem a simple request and one that will have no bearing on
world events, but that is not so. For in doing so, you bring in the Divine
Feminine energy that will instantly create a nicer and happier world for you
and those around you. Imagine how powerful that can be!

The Rise of the Divine Feminine
The Dalai Lama said “the world will be rescued by western
women”. I have pondered this statement often and all of the tangential
thoughts that come with it. Western women rescuing the world, that is
powerful stuff. Is this the rise of the Power of the Divine Feminine? And
how can that change the world?
Energetic traits of the Divine Feminine include kindness,
empathy, vulnerability, humility, patience, collaboration, inclusiveness,
creativity, wisdom, magic, adaptiveness, love, and intuition. It is
fierce, unapologetic power… not power over, but power from within- empowerment.
The Divine Feminine knows it is innately valuable, and when we are connected to
this power we know that just by virtue of being here our worth is
infinite. The Divine Feminine is deeply grounded and lives from intuitive
wisdom.
The energetic counterpart to the Divine Feminine is the
Divine Masculine. This supportive and foundational energy is also logical, in
service, solid, accepting, stable, grounded, focused, confident, and
protective. It is safe, steadfast, and non-judgemental. The Divine
Feminine and Masculine are not gender specific. To feel balanced in life, an
appropriate mix of both of these states will vary from person to
person. It is also important to recognize that the Divine versions of
these archetypes are very different than the societal perceptions or labels of
the feminine/masculine, male/female. We all know what those versions look
like.
An analogy that can help us understand the two powers is to
look at the relationship between the Earth and the Sun. Mother Earth, the
Divine Feminine, is the power of creativity in motion. Beautiful,
adaptive, wise, harmonious (when humans get out of the way), loving, inclusive,
and fiercely powerful.
The Sun, the Divine Masculine, shines on Mother Earth no
matter what the Earth does. It is a fuel for life. The Earth cannot
create without the sun. The Sun is not the creator, but it is a foundational
piece to creation. The Sun does not question, control, or judge the Earth,
it just steadfastly supports the Earth, in all her creative genius and never
stops shining. Let’s focus on the Divine Feminine, how to access and embody
it.
For me, the two foundational pieces are grounding and
intuition. Grounding is so powerful because it connects us with
ourselves and immerses us in Mother Earth, the Divine Feminine. Intuition
is connecting with our inner knowing, our gut. Grounding is a practice of
bringing our awareness and focus out of our heads and into the core of our
bodies, connecting with the Earth, and dropping into a state of peace. There
are many ways to ground. I like to place my hands on my belly and breathe as if
I am inhaling and exhaling directly through my belly, bringing my focus to the
space inside my belly. I let my thoughts and emotions drop into that space.
Next, I move down and repeat this for the root chakra. Then I let my awareness
move down into the Earth and the energy of the Earth rise up into my body.
When we are deeply grounded we can become wholly present in
our bodies and can begin to listen to the language of our body. That is where
the intuitive wisdom shows up, not in the racing thoughts of our mind and
fear-inspired logic. Most of us live in a fear driven mind and are motivated to
make choices out of fear. We are afraid of what will happen if we don’t do
something and afraid of what will happen if we do something. When we ground and
immerse ourselves in the Earth, we step out of fear and into truth. We
connect with our power, and the power of the Earth. Our value and worth
becomes clear. We learn to hear the wisdom and intuitive knowing that
shows up through the language of our bodies.

The Last Word
Love Without Ego
There is no-one you should love more than yourself. This does
not refer to the ego, rather than your sense of self-worth and ability to see
yourself as a beacon of light for the world. When you love yourself, you give
others permission to love and accept you, rather than criticising or judging
you. When you love and accept yourself, you stand in your power and emit a
certainty to the world that cannot be questioned. Most of you on the Earth,
particularly those who are world healers and lightworkers, still have work to
do in this area!
One cannot stand in mastery if one has not mastered the art
of unconditional love. I call it an ‘art’ because it is a way of thinking and
being that is not congruent with human nature. Because humans have been gifted
with an ego and an emotional body that can cloud their judgment and ability to
see and think about things objectively, their connection to their spiritual
body and their divine blueprint can be lost very quickly and quite early in
life. As people grow, many are subjected to such things as religious
indoctrination, societal beliefs and expectations, abuse, neglect, abandonment,
brainwashing and other behaviours that serve to disconnect and disillusion
them. Additionally, many souls are still carrying unresolved trauma and/or
karma from previous lifetimes which can insidiously undermine spiritual growth
and development.
Love is not a state or a condition Dear Hearts; it simply is.
It is how you were created - in a moment of bliss with no conditions or
expectations other than the gift of life and a chance to serve humanity. For
many of you, the call to your soul’s purpose is now urging you to stop and
reassess where your life is headed and whether it still fills you with joy or
not. If not, prepare to embrace change and to trust that your instincts and
intuition are pulling or pushing you in the right direction and onto the path
that will connect you to your divine blueprint and reason for reincarnating.
Any time of transition can be unnerving, because it brings with it a fair
amount of uncertainty and turbulence which can involve arguments, fallings out
with friends and loved ones and changes in jobs, living location and financial
circumstances. This can sometimes be unpleasant and uncomfortable, but no
change can ever truly manifest and integrate without anything no longer serving
all who are involved being eliminated or resolved.
Awareness is the key, Dear Ones, as it can facilitate
reflection and intentional change in your perspectives impacting the way you
choose to react and interact with people. Thinking before you act, speak or
write will vastly impact the actions, reactions and interactions of those
around you.
