Spiritual Reflections
In spirituality, the importance of achieving a raised
consciousness to rise above all of the drama on the Earthly plane cannot be
understated. The terms, ‘consciousness’, ‘ascension’, ‘third, fourth or fifth
dimension’ are common terms and underpin a lot of my own channellings. What
does it all look like in real life though?
Before I start, I must mention that, in my view, everything
we believe in is a level of consciousness, even God. Within each belief level,
there are differing levels of consciousness that determines our perceptions and
what we attract in our thoughts, words and actions. For instance, some might
believe in God, but that he is vengeful and punishing. Others may believe in a
God that is loving and benevolent but that they are lesser than Him, and must
abide by the religious doctrine to be ’saved’, while others might believe that
God is the Supreme Source, akin to Universal love and thus they are ‘one’ with
Him/Her and forever protected and provided for.
The levels of consciousness within all of these belief
examples are vastly different and will, in alignment with Universal Law, mean
that the believer lives their life reaping the consequences of those beliefs.
If we align each example to a dimension of consciousness, it is easy to feel
the vibrations of each one and which one would attract the happier outcomes.
Third dimensional beliefs and behaviours are grounded in ego,
self –service and personal gain. People
operating in this consciousness will engage in gossip, create drama to put
others down so they can make themselves look good, and think nothing of lying
about something to get their own way. The consequences for others is not
something they care about—as long as they benefit, that is all that matters.
Thieves, scammers, some business people and even those in positions of
authority would be operating at this level.
Remember, there are many levels in this dimension, and not
all people stay stuck in the lower dimensions for the course of their life. One
would hope that, with experience, lessons and interactions with people who can
see things from a higher perspective, they would begin to consider others and
not be so self-absorbed. The word for this dimension is ‘doing.’
Fourth dimensional thinking is a bit higher but can still be
more around self. However, someone operating from the fourth dimension would be
showing consideration for and kindness to others and caring if they have hurt
someone else’s feelings. They would still be quite judgemental towards others
and have times when the drama of the third dimension drags them down. The word
for this dimension is ‘becoming’.
Fifth dimensional consciousness is where a person works to
stay out of the drama and allow people their journey without judgement or
gossip, even if they don’t like or agree with them. The word for this dimension
is ‘being.
Here’s the thing, though. We work through these dimensions
every day, and it takes diligent awareness of one’s thoughts to keep from
slipping into a lower dimension of thinking, particularly if you in an
environment where lower dimensional thinking and behaviour is dominant. It’s
much easier to be dragged down into drama than
it is to not engage in it.
How do I manage? I am like everyone else, and I certainly have struggled at times not to think badly of someone or to be outraged by political and global events. But I have tools! I am aware that my guides are with me all the time, bearing witness, and I am much better at monitoring my thoughts, cutting and cancelling them, reframing them and using the Violet Flame of Transmutation to negate any energy that can harm someone or bring karma back to me. I keep grounded, as healthy as I can and attempt to be the best person I can be. After all, that’s all anyone can ever do, isn’t it? Love to you all, Victoria
What Are Oracle Cards and How to Use Them
What are Oracle Cards?
“Oracle cards can be used to guide meditations, as
journalling prompts, to integrate into your personal development practice, or
clarify a tarot reading.”
Oracle cards are used as a tool for self-reflection &
personal insight, to explore one's thoughts and feelings on a deeper level,
leading you to the best version of who you are.
Unlike tarot cards, which has a structure and storyline, oracle
cards are more open-ended in theme, structure, and the artists’ interpretations
of those elements.
Mostly motivational, oracle cards prompt you to reflect on
their messages and may even have an action or question to consider in their
guidebook. I don’t just use oracle cards for divination. I see them as tools
for creative clarity, intuition, and alignment which I use for myself and
clients.
It is important to note that tarot and oracle cards are
not a proven method of predicting the future due to the fluid nature of our
own free will and personal circumstances.
How to use oracle cards
Each person will form a unique connection to their deck and
will read them a little differently from the next person. So, there are no
right or wrong ways to use them. Just do what feels good to you.
However, if you want some tips to get you started, here are a
few things to consider. While none of these are necessary, they can add a layer
of magic and a deeper connection to the messages in each reading.
Cleansing the deck
Whenever I purchase a new deck, I always start with a good
cleanse. This has been said to reset the energy of the deck
Cleansing can be done with smoke, crystals, leaving them
under the moonlight, or simply shuffling them.
Getting to know the deck - without the guidebook
Before diving into a reading, I like to spend time looking at
each card in the deck without using the guidebook. This lets me connect with my
own interpretation of the imagery before checking the guidebook for additional
insights.
Notice what stands out: colors, symbols, numbers, or emotions
the card brings up. Feel into the environments or archetypes. What do they mean
to you personally? Take note of any intuitive messages that arise. This
practice not only helps you bond with your deck but also strengthens your
intuition before being influenced by someone else’s interpretations.
Setting up for your reading
Prior to any reading, I always start with a grounding
practice that helps me center into the present moment and relax my body. This
could be meditation, movement, chanting, or any other practice that makes you
feel settled, calm, and open.
I also like to prepare the space in a way that feels
supportive of my intuition: soft lighting, incense, minimal distractions, and a
journal close by.
Consider your question
To create the most empowering readings, it’s best to use
open-ended questions that focus on you, rather than external forces or other
people.
For example:
· Instead of asking “Will I land the job?” try “How
can I best prepare to land the job?”
· Instead of asking “Is this relationship going to
end?” try “What do I need to know about this relationship to better
understand or improve it?”

The Journey of Duality
Life on Earth is multi-dimensional and relational – the
vibration of thoughts any individual thinks will thus create their reality.
While fifth- dimensional thinking relates to Oneness, a person’s vibrations can
fluctuate many times through the day through all levels of consciousness,
depending on their emotions, their energy levels, their health and their
environment. Ascension is not a linear process, not is it a destination – it is
a consciousness of awareness and grounding into a way of being that, while
living on Earth, is by no means an easy task to maintain.
It is true, on third and fourth dimensional levels, that the
tragedies, violence and crimes occurring are truly horrendous and, in many
cases, unjust. There is no comprehending the events that take so many lives and
that plunge the families left behind into grief and despair. I, and indeed all
of the masters, send our love and compassion to those who are coping with loss
and devastation any of you may be dealing with. We in no way wish to undermine
your feelings or your situations.
We live in a world of duality. Good versus evil, right and
wrong, bad and good, male and female - everything and everyone is perceived as
separate from each other. This means that many people live their lives
completely in ego and unaware of the impact that their behaviour might be
having on others. In duality, it is easy to judge and condemn others and to
believe that concepts such as race, colour, demographic, level of intelligence,
culture, ability or dis-ability and financial status define who is more important
and more deserving in society. Duality divides and conquers, suppressing and
oppressing some while elevating others beyond recrimination whether they
deserve it or not. The third dimensional world is one of distortion, where the
veil of illusion keeps people locked into the belief that what they see is all
that is possible; as a result, life is a battle without reprieve for many.
In the energy of Oneness, or the Fifth Dimension, there is no
separating someone in Sudan and what is happening for them from another person
in Australia or Canada or India. There is no separation from Creator to God to
Buddha to Krishna or to Jehovah -they are all one and the same. All on Earth,
be it plant, animal or human, is connected through their own connection,
whether it be consciously or subconsciously, to the Source of Creation and to
Mother Earth. This connection binds all who reside on the planet Earth to each
other and, as a consequence, lays equal responsibility for all that occurs on
each and every soul and living energy on Earth at this time. To ponder this
concept may be quite staggering for many, but for those whose spirituality has
reached a level where such thoughts are familiar, it is a fact that they carry
knowingly and, sometimes, solitarily.
Your soul has lived many lives in many bodies, countries and
eras. You may even have existed in a form other than human. Your spirit is of
essence; it is of the Earth and it is of the Creator, whose light is of essence
and is one and the same as yours. His love encompasses your spirit and burns
within you as the Sacred Flame. As the essence of the light of the Creator, you
know only unconditional love. In the human form, you have experienced the many
facets of ego that cause emotional pain and trauma, yet the essence of the
Creator that is inexplicably linked to your own still burns within you. You are
ever one with Him/Her whether you know it or not. All is one, and one is the all
– everything just is.
Duality teaches mastery, because of the wealth of experiences
it delivers and the lessons it affords the soul the opportunity to learn. The
challenge for any person who has become spiritually aware of their psychic
talents and spiritual connections is to continue to stay grounded in their
physical body while remaining connected to their higher self, their guides and
to Universal energy. The judgement any person can receive based on their
differing beliefs can be a major hurdle in one’s spiritual development, but the
key is to live one’s truth without holding anyone else to account. Your journey
is yours alone. Allow others theirs.

The Third Dimension and Religion
The concept of the "third-dimensional plane" in
relation to religion and spirituality generally refers to the physical,
waking reality experienced by humans, often characterized by duality, ego, and
linear time, in contrast to higher, spiritual, or astral dimensions. It is
viewed as a foundational, dense level of existence within a broader,
multi-layered cosmological framework.
Third Dimension in Spirituality and Esotericism
· Definition of 3D: The 3rd dimension (3D)
is defined as the physical reality where individuals have a strong sense of
ego, individuality, and separation. It is often described as the realm of
"flesh" or the "material plane".
· Consciousness and Ascension: Many
spiritual perspectives, including Theosophy and modern New Age beliefs, hold
that the 3D plane is a learning environment for souls, with a goal of ascending
to higher states of consciousness (4D or 5D).
The Astral Plane: The astral plane is often regarded as an intermediate
layer between Earth and higher, more divine planes, according to Theosophy and
esoteric cosmology.
The Third Dimension in Religious Contexts
· Judaism: The "World of Yetzirah"
is a concept in Lurianic Kabbalah that aligns with spiritual cosmology.
Additionally, some perspectives interpret the three dimensions of human
existence (length, breadth, height) as having religious significance, such as
in the rituals of Sukkot.
· Islam: The "World of Barzakh" or
"World of Al-Ghaib" is the unseen, intermediate realm (related to
the 'ālam al-mithāl or "imaginal world" in Sufism)
that exists between the physical world and the purely spiritual, acting as a
veil between the two.
· Hinduism: The cycle of reincarnation
(Samsara) involves souls traversing different realms or planes of existence,
with the ultimate goal being to transcend these and achieve Moksha
(liberation).
· Christianity: Some interpretations
describe the Christian understanding of "three dimensions" of the
Holy Spirit's operation as being with a person, in a
person, and upon a person.
General Theology: Some interpretations consider the "three
dimensions of a complete life" to be length (individual ambition), breadth
(concern for others), and height (reach for God).
Higher Dimensions and God
· Higher-Dimensional God: Theological and
philosophical discussions often position God or spiritual beings in higher
dimensions (e.g., 4th, 10th, or higher) that are not bound by the physical
constraints of 3D time and space.
· Miracles as Dimensional Events: Some
proponents of this view suggest that biblical miracles are actions of a
higher-dimensional being (God) interacting with our 3D world, similar to how a
3D being might interact with a 2D "Flatland".
Divine Presence: The 3D plane is not seen as disconnected from the divine, but rather as a realm where the soul interacts with "divine, spiritual energy" while still in a physical form, with the ultimate goal of reuniting with a higher, "divine plane".

Meditation: Absolving Fear
from the Third Dimension
Close your eyes and make yourself
comfortable. Take a few, slow breaths in and out and become mindful of how your
body is feeling. On each outbreath, feel your shoulders relaxing and your body
becoming heavier in the chair. Begin to focus on your breath, counting four
breaths in and four breaths out, until you have a regular rhythm. Breathe in,
two, three, four and out, two, three, four. Breathe in, two, three, four and
out, two, three, four. Focus entirely on your breath and on relaxing your body.
Now see, feel or imagine a
beautiful white light with golden flecks descending around you as you breathe,
cleansing, grounding and protecting you. This is the light of Creation and will
keep you safely protected throughout this meditation.
As you continue breathing regularly
in and out on a slow count of four, see, feel or imagine a light entering your
crown and descending through your chakras, anchoring you into Mother Earth. As
you focus on this light, see an Angel appear in front of you as a beautiful
beam of golden light. As the Angel becomes more visible, you are drawn into you
his/her energy, which immediately gives you the most beautiful feeling of being
loved and safe.
In this energy the angel now begins
to gently draw any fear, anxiety, negativity and anger that has been blocking
your chakras and energy fields from healing the past from your chakras, aura
and bodies. As you watch, the Violet Flame of Transmutation enters your aura
and transmutes all of this energy into golden rays of light, which are absorbed
by the Golden Angel. You can contribute
to this healing by willingly letting go of any resentment, grudges, guilt,
grief or blame for yourself and others and releasing them into the flame, which
will subside when all of the discordant energy has been healed.
The Golden Angel now invites you to
breathe in the sparkly white Adamantine Particles of Creation while allowing
him/her to align and balance your chakras. When they have become more centred,
each chakra begins to glow more brightly as the Angel aligns them to your
Higher Self and to the Divine. Continue to see, feel or imagine the beautiful
particles of creation filling your lungs and thus your entire Being with love
and light, leaving you in a state of bliss while the healing is completed.
See now in your mind’s eye a staff
being placed into your hands by the Golden Angel. This gift represents strength
through connection to the love and light of Source and is to remind you that
only love is real. Any time you feel yourself being drawn into the lower
vibrations of fear, anger and negativity, call upon the Staff of Strength to
appear. It will emit the Violet Flame and absorb all of your worries, fears and
anxieties, allowing you to remain calm and to keep your consciousness above the
drama of the Third Dimension.
Place your staff in your heart
space; it can be used any time as a way of connecting to your higher knowing
and to Divine Love.
As the light of the Golden Angel
recedes, thank him/her for their presence, for their healing and gift today.
Write down some affirmations to help you to remain positive and make meditation
with your staff a daily or weekly practice.
