Spiritual Reflections
My husband and I were camping with friends and had driven
into town to do a few things. We pulled up at the petrol station to fill up
with diesel when the woman in front of us politely asked Richy if he could show
her how to fill up her car, as she’d never done it before!
While he did, she explained to us both that her husband had
just died and he had taken care of everything. She said, ” I have so much to
learn!” I gave her a big hug—I really felt for her. Neither she nor her husband
seemed to have planned for the eventuality when she would have to go for it
alone. She was waiting for her son to arrive to help her teach her all the
things her husband never did.
When my grandfather died, he left my grandmother alone in a
big, old house with no idea of how to look after it. He had mown the lawn,
handled the accounts and driven the car –my grandmother had not driven for
thirty years. Again, there had been no planning for their future as they got
older.
In the past year, both our parents have made the move to aged
care, not without complaint or distress, both from us and from them!
It has made Richy and I think about how our lives will look
as we get older, and how we will make sure our children are not left to wade
through a lifetime of belongings. It’s also made me aware of what we do in the
household independently of each other that makes the wheels turn but which
might not be known by the other.
There is a thing called ‘learned helplessness,’ and it seems
that many long term couples teach it to each other by not empowering each other
to do all jobs within the household. If only one person does the accounts,
maintains the garden or washes the clothes, fills up the car or knows how to
operate basic appliances, how can they expect the other to be independent when
they’re gone. More importantly, it’s one thing to be living in the place we
love or that we have been in for umpteen years, but another altogether for it
to be beyond one person’s capabilities to maintain, particularly if they are
older or in poor health.
When we’re younger, we think we have all the time in the
world. In my sixties, I still think that! But how time flies, and isn’t it
better to be prepared for the worst well before its time?

Connecting to the Collective Consciousness
The belief that we are all one and that everything is
connected and correlates is something that has been held throughout the ages by
many spiritual traditions.
This is the reason that we repeatedly hear, “The answers are
within.” Everything is connected through fractals of energy. Therefore, we have
access to anything and everything in the universe without having to seek for
the meaning or find answers outside ourselves.
Collective consciousness is a set of shared beliefs,
throughout the energy of the whole universe and has always existed and will
continue to exist throughout eternity. It means that a collective group of
people all have the same inner knowing and that all of our thoughts, ideas and
feelings exist on a frequency that is accessible to everyone.
All minds are able to tap into and add to this knowledge and
these minds consist of scientists, artists, philosophers and spiritual leaders.
The knowledge that exists in this consciousness contains ideologies, beliefs,
values, norms and a moral compass. It is basically a sharing of similar
sentiments that form a consensus in the collective mind.
This is the reason that similar thoughts occur between people
on opposite sides of the planet. If one person has a unique idea it can
transfer to the collective consciousness and then it is very likely it will be
picked up on and shared by someone else somewhere else in the world. Every
individual thought we have will have an impact, however small, on humanity as a
whole.
It is also why events such as mass meditations take place—the
intention and power produced from a collection of minds all creating similar
waves of energy can be felt by others that might be thousands of miles away.
The people who work together are acting as conductors for energy, as they
connect not just to one another, but also to the energy in the universe so that
they collectively radiate positive vibrations. Similar gatherings also occur
during a Stargate, for example, during an equinox or solstice, when there is a
vortex due to planetary alignment that allows an optimal amount of high
vibrational energy to permeate earth.
During these times those that are hyper-sensitive to energy
will be able to raise our personal vibration, which will in turn benefit the
collective vibration…
When energy is magnified by a large number of people all
expressing a similar emotion at the same time this can be felt as waves within
the collective consciousness. This happens when multitudes of people all share
the same consensus and it spreads like wildfire from one mind to the next. What
may start off with just one person thinking or feeling something can then
explode across the planet as other minds tune in and detect that something
major is happening.
Usually this happens at times of great planetary stress or devastation and as the collective consciousness peaks those who are hyper sensitive to energy will feel the effects dramatically as we are highly tuned into this consciousness. This energy can come out of nowhere and until we are aware of what is causing the fluctuation of energy, we will feel shaken and disturbed and this will manifest as fear and anxiety.

The War on the Consciousness of Man
The world is at war. No matter whether a country is engaged
directly or not, world events are affecting all countries, continents and
regions on the planet – no-one is immune. The effects of decisions made by
those in power is being felt spiritually, financially, physically and mentally
across the globe, and many feel confused and at a loss as to what this all
actually means for the planet.
First let us say that we acknowledge the peaceful protests
and meditations that have been occurring individually and in groups as people
try to find a way to send love and thoughtful prayers to the planet. We also
have watched as more and more ‘celebrity’ names have been shown to have
committed unspeakable crimes and have been brought to the light – not before
time. However, there is still a lot that happens on Earth that appears to be
tolerated or allowed to happen because of the confusion that has been deliberately
created around it. While several smokescreens are emitted through propaganda
and dialogue that is questionable but cannot be proven to be lies, acts are
committed in plain sight that are causing death, destruction and harm to
humanity that is actually avoidable and unnecessary. Why is this so?
Belief in a higher power, such as God, does nothing to
prevent wars, if one believes that is what God wants! Intervening in people’s
free through prayer is against spiritual law, and God, the Creator, cannot and
will not do that. However, the Creator, which is inside all of you, will always
answer those who ask the Universe for help to create a better world for
themselves, if not sometimes in ways that are unexpected.
The ascension of human consciousness is now playing out in
all dimensions and planes of existence. The tug of war between the ‘dark’ and
the ‘light’ in duality has become frayed and is merging into a stream of
consciousness that could go either way. The belief that the light will overcome
the dark eventually can only hold sway if people can manage to live alongside
world events instead of being immersed in them – a kind of parallel world, if
you like. By asking God/The Creator/The Universe to intervene in your
world through gratitude and positive intention, rather than trying to change or
intervene in world events, you are actually working towards your own ascension
of consciousness which will benefit the planet in more ways than you can
imagine. The saviour of the consciousness of man, and therefore the planet,
begins with every person working to eliminate fear and immersion in global
events that are deliberately and systematically creating fear, hatred and toxic
emotions that fuel further violence, discrimination, persecution and war.
Yes, what is happening in the world right now is confusing,
worrying and seemingly unpredictable. Please beware any doomsday prophesies or
predictions, as they can only be true if individual humans continue to believe
they have no power or cannot change their thinking or belief systems to harness
the bounty of the Universe and to live alongside, not within, the world at war.
We understand that this is seemingly impossible for those who are directly
caught up in conflict or feel at the mercy of the powers that be. Consider
though, as missiles fly, buildings are destroyed and lives are lost; while
petrol prices soar along with the cost of living, what the spiritual truths
behind it all actually are.
The war that is occurring in the world on a spiritual level
is a war on the consciousness of man. Every living thing has a consciousness,
and the level of consciousness within the organism creates the behaviour. If
you consider, just for a moment, that God is the highest consciousness within
the human psyche, what opportunities exist within that paradigm for the
creation or either good or evil? Yes, the consciousness behind the creation of
God’s will can be distorted by inflated ego, lack of basic human necessities or
toxic emotions such as hatred causing harmful behaviour to others in the name
of God or due to his will.
If, however, a person’s consciousness is attuned to the
highest Source, the Creator of All that Is in the 7th Plane of
Existence, the creation of good in the energy of love is much more likely and
therefore a turning point in the person’s life. Religion has no bearing here,
because it teaches separation whereas connection to Source creates a sense of
oneness, peace and love that is unconditional. It also brings accountability to
every person on the planet to be in charge of their own thoughts and behaviours
that have occurred because they allowed themselves to lower their consciousness
and to sacrifice their empowerment.
The overall message here is that the ordinary person is a
powerful, spiritual being connected to the highest source of creation, and
within that consciousness lies the key to creating a world that is abundant and
loving, free of violence and fear for that individual being. That person then
radiates love and light to the people around them, who are inspired to raise
their consciousness and to create a better world for themselves, even as other
people’s worlds collapse around them. One cannot save the world or rescue
people who remain in fear despite the opportunities that are presented to them.
We ARE the Interplanetary Galactic Council and the Cosmic Council.
What You Fighting Against?
Greetings, beloveds. What an amazing world you live in, yet
many of you are finding that the world seems to be against, not for, you. No
matter what your challenging circumstances may be right now, whether it is
financial, social, domestic, personal or work-related, it may seem that nothing
you do is good enough or worth bothering about. Many, on a mass, global scale,
are finding the weight of the worlds’ woes in terms of the huge crisis that has
hit sections of humanity across the globe to be an indication that the world is
at war with itself, and the perpetrator/s seem to be winning.
The reality of a world at war with itself, either on a
domestic, international or global front is at odds with the reality that
Lightworkers, healers and psychics are foretelling, and many people cannot
align the two realities at all. If the world is awash with violence and death,
how can it be ascending into love and light? In addition, as those espousing
peace over Earth do so without any affiliation whatsoever to religion, how can
those who believe in the word of God through the Bible and the death of Jesus
Christ ever relate to those who, to them, are pagans, witches and emissaries of
the Devil himself?
Realities are forms of consciousness and are given energy and
form by the investment of belief from the beholder. In essence, each and every
person on Earth creates their own reality through their thoughts, actions,
words, deeds and belief systems. In creating your own reality you create your
own world, and thus the world you find yourself living in, which is of your own
making, can and will be very different from the world that another person has
invested their belief and energy into and now lives in. In the energy of
duality, one world may seem better or more right than another. In the energy of
the Creator, however, no two worlds are wrong or right, they just are.
If you find your own world at war with the bigger world then
that may be as it should be, because the reality of war and violence against
fellow humans is not in the vibration of oneness and is therefore an illusion
of duality. However, do not wage your own war against perpetrators or try to
match your world to theirs. Rather, spend your time sending love, light and the
Violet Flame to the innocents of the world who are caught up in a reality they
have no investment in but cannot seem to escape. Send you love, light and the
Violet Flame to Mother Earth who is hungry for love and who will continue
sending cleansing to the areas upon her which have been corrupted and polluted
by human ego, greed and contempt. Also continue to spend your time visualising
the eventuation of ascension upon Earth, and work diligently upon your own
vibrations, ensuring that your reality is one of unconditional love, tolerance,
acceptance and abundance.

The Causal Body
You are more than the physical body that you sense.
Your mind, emotions, and soul have their own bodies. These bodies are distinct
from yet connected to your physical body. You have many bodies. Highly
sensitive people have always been able to perceive one or more of these
nonphysical bodies. Recent advances in science and technology are verifying
their existence. Our day to day experience confirms their reality.
The Causal/Soul Body is named "Causal" because it
is the originating source of each personality that incarnates in each lifetime.
It is the source of your personality, causing it to be and exist. When your
personality ends, the essence of you is absorbed back into the Causal Body. It
is the first level of your individuality that is relatively immortal as the
Causal Body exists for many millions of years, during your journey as a human
through many incarnations or lifetimes. Animals have yet to obtain a Causal
Body and super-humans that are liberated from the cycle of rebirth discard the
Causal Body and move on to higher levels.
The word "Soul" is used as a label for many bodies or human aspects by various religions and cultures. Generally it is meant to designate the innermost individuality. Limitations of perception has caused this label to be applied to the astral body, the mental body and other inner aspects. Here it is applied to the Causal Body because it is the pinnacle of personal consciousness.

The Last Word
Create Your Wealth Box
Close your eyes and take three breaths to centre your energy
at your crown. See, feel or imagine a beautiful, white/golden light coming down
around you until you are completely surrounded by it. This is the unconditional
love of the Creator and your complete protection. Now see, feel or imagine a
beautiful golden box in front of you – it is like a chest. When you open the
lid it is empty, ready for you to create whatever you want for the future by
being grateful for what you already have in your life.
First of all, in your mind’s eye, picture your family and
loved ones. Give thanks for the love they give you and for the love you share
together. Breathe in and then, breathing the white/golden light around them,
place them lovingly in your wealth box.
Next, picture yourself. Name up in your mind all of the
attributes, values and personality traits that you or other people would say
that make the beautiful person that you are. Give thanks for the parts of your
life that are happy, healthy and in balance. Breathe light and love around
yourself and place yourself in the wealth box.
Now think of the job or role that you play in life and of how
it positively impacts your and other people’s lives. Give thanks for the money
that it brings in for you (no matter how little) and for the opportunities you
have been given. Breathe light and love around it all and place it all in the
wealth box.
Give thanks now for any other people, things or situations in
your life that you can find gratitude
for and place them in the wealth box.
Now it is time to manifest what you would like to have or
that you need in your life. Picture whatever it is in your mind’s eye and give
gratitude for it coming into your life (as if it has already happened) in the
highest and best way and in the best timing for you. Breathe love and golden
light around it and place it in your wealth box. Do this for everything you
would like to manifest.
Remember, having gratitude for everything you already have,
no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, is the key to manifesting
greater wealth, health, time, happiness and love into your life.
