The Meaning of Purpose and Connection
A friend, who is now a widow and in her 70s, said to me the
other day that she wasn’t sure what she would do in the future. Good question,
and it made me think about why some people are so worried about the future
while others are firmly stuck in the past.
In youth and middle age, life seems to be based on being busy
and doing things; building our lives around our schooling, work, business,
families, recreation and staying healthy. We have purpose for doing the things
we do, even if it is just for enjoyment and relaxation. Sometimes, we are so
busy that it becomes less enjoyable and our purpose for doing it may be lost or
change.
I have noticed, particularly with some elderly adults I know,
that life has become one of existence with not much purpose beyond getting up
each day and staying alive. If dementia takes hold, it is even harder for them
to feel safe and secure or to know what
to do, if anything.
Purpose gives meaning to our lives. I would imagine that
anyone floating around with nothing to do or anyone to connect with day after
day might find it very difficult to see a purpose for living. Loneliness can be
crushing and debilitating. The masters always say that we are in charge of our
own reality and of changing our lives for the better, but there would be many
people out there feeling hopeless and not in charge at all. How can we find
purpose in a world that seems to be against or has forgotten you?
I think that connection to self and community, if not the
world is crucial for anyone who needs to find purpose in their lives. Without
meaningful interactions with others, it’s a pretty lonely existence. Of course,
there are many people who love being alone and find plenty to fill their days,
but for others, it’s a daily struggle.
When people come to me wondering what their purpose for
reincarnating is, I tell them that one’s spiritual purpose does not have to be
ground breaking or something that changes the world, although some souls have
taken that challenge on and succeeded. Many people I have met have incarnated
to repay karma, or to learn a lesson of some kind, such as how to love
themselves, humility, kindness or to regain their power. Many people come in to
serve others and need to learn how to do that without giving all of their
energy away. Whatever it is, while a paid job may give a sense of purpose, a
spiritual purpose may or may not be associated with that job, which is why some
people working full time still feel unfulfilled.
I wish you a life filled purpose that brings you love,
happiness, peace and fulfillment.

What is Spiritual Awakening?
Experiencing a spiritual awakening means entering a state of
consciousness where one’s perception of life, the universe, and the self
undergoes a radical shift. This transformation leads to a deeper and
more meaningful understanding of existence, marking the beginning of a path
toward spiritual understanding and self-realization.
During this process, an interest in exploring
profound existential questions awakens, seeking meanings beyond
mundane concerns. The connection with the cosmos and the nature of being takes
on new significance, fostering a sense of unity with everything around us.
As one goes through this process, they often experience a
renewed sense of peace, an intensified feeling of unity with the world, and a
detachment from worldly desires and conflicts. It is not merely a passing phase
but a profound change that alters how one relates to their environment and
themselves.

explored through important spiritual traditions such as early Christianity,
shamanism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Toltec wisdom. This documentary examines how
ancestral wisdom can help us rediscover deep truths about who we truly are and

Spiritual awakening often manifests through a series of clear
signs that indicate a deep and ongoing shift in personal consciousness. These
signs reflect significant transformations on both emotional and cognitive
levels, acting as indicators of an internal process in full development.
· Existential questioning: A constant search for
answers to big questions about the meaning and purpose of life, beyond the
conventional explanations offered by society.
· Reevaluation of beliefs: A tendency to question
and critically review fundamental beliefs about life, death, spirituality, and
other essential topics.
· Increased intuition: A deeper and clearer
connection with intuition, helping to make decisions more aligned with one’s
authentic essence.

The Power of Becoming
When you consider your existence on Earth at this present
time, do you feel satisfied that you are living with meaning and intention?
Whether you are always busy or not foing much, is your life meaningful to you?
‘Doing’ a lot seems to be the way people measure success and
achievement. The more they have filled
their days with the better they feel (if not a little exhausted!)
However, busyness is not necessarily a measure of worth,
particularly if it is for not purpose or pleasure. If one is simply staying
busy to fill their days, then their existence is most likely to still feel
empty to them.
‘Purpose’ is not necessarily a job to be done or a goal to be
reached. A sense of purpose is more a destiny or dream to be fulfilled that
will bring much benefit to the person. It will also bring benefit to any person
who receives energy created from any manifestation stemming from the dream or
destiny.
A spiritual purpose always underlies the incantation of a
soul, but whether the purpose will be realised in the current lifetime is
dependent on the readiness of the soul and whether they have lost their way in
the third-dimensional reality or not. The soul will have arranged to awaken to
their soul purpose at a particular time in their lifetime, but if they decide
not to do so, it is highly likely they will need to reincarnate again to
complete the destiny. Those who do embrace their awakening when arranged are
highly likely to go onto realising gifts they never knew were possible, making
a difference in their own lives and that of others.
To fulfil a soul purpose for existing or ‘being’ on Earth
goes far beyond any act of doing or busyness. In the harmony that being
purposeful with intention without the need to be endlessly busy brings to your
life, being your authentic self will become much easier for you, even in the
face of the judgement of others.
Feeling fulfilled, at peace with yourself and happy within
will lead you to ‘become’ Who You Truly Are.
And that is the greatest purpose of all.

The Stillpoint of Creation
The universe is vast and expansive. Between each star,
planet, rock and piece of debris there is….space. Within each space there is
potential for creation to occur, and that is what I wish to discuss with you
now.
As each person takes a breath there is a moment in time where
all is still. If you hold that breath you extend that stillpoint moment where
everything just is. While it is impossible to continue holding your
breath without dire consequences, it is possible to learn to be still in
body and mind to create that stillpoint, that moment in time where the
possibilities are endless and your connection to the all is the
strongest.
When the mind and body are still there is optimum opportunity
for creation and manifestation because the causal body, the higher self and the
sacred mind are all in sync with each other. In this moment the sacred mind can
connect with the universal mind because every cell in the human body contains
adamantine particles, and every particle contains the universal mind. This mind
contains universal knowledge and wisdom that every soul knows but has forgotten
whilst in human form. To access the universal mind, or everyone’s higher self,
one must learn to just be.
The advantages of being still in mind and body go way beyond
accessing universal information. The benefits to one’s health and wellbeing
when one takes the time to centre, breathe and clear one’s mind cannot be
underestimated, because a racing mind can cause everything to speed up and
become a blur. In this state one can miss important moments in time that could
potentially much bigger, manifesting wonderful situations and opportunities,
had one taken the time to notice. Also, stilling the mind and slowing one’s
breath immediately brings one into an alpha state, which is a slower brain
wave. There is much less chance of one making rash decisions, saying harsh
words or burning proverbial bridges when one slows the mind down and considers
all possibilities. In the alpha state all becomes clear, rational and
unmuddied. If everyone on Earth operated from the alpha state as a matter of
course the world would be in an ascended state already!
Slow down, dear ones! Take the time to stop, centre, breathe
and meditate. Feel yourself in your body and grounded into Mother Earth. Create
many stillpoint moments where you bring yourself back into sync with the all
and with your higher self.
The rewards will be noticeable, not just for you but for the
world around you.

Abiding by the Laws
There are quite a few non-negotiables I have whenever I am
using, sending or healing with energy.
That is because, Spiritual Law lies behind every thought and word,
intention and act of healing that we perform.
There are many spiritual laws which govern the hidden
spiritual planes and the realms of consciousness and are based on the premise
that only love is real. Essentially they work like the swing of a pendulum—with
every action, there is a matching consequence or reaction. So, what you put out
will come back to you in equal measure.
When we ask the Universe to provide for us, it will always
answer, but it is how we ask, and the level of consciousness that we operate
from, that will determine the outcome and whether it is delivered in a safe,
timely manner and in the way we expect. In addition, the intention behind our
requests will determine whether we enact the Law of Karma, even if our
intentions are well meaning!
When I am tutoring people, I always teach them the two
fundamental laws (for me, anyway) - The Law of Free Will and the Law of
Non-Intervention. We all have free will and the right to act as we wish, as
long as it is within the laws in society and does not impede upon the free
will, health and well-being of others. We also need to respect the free will
and rights of others, even if we know they are not acting in their own best
interests, such as smoking.
As much as it would be lovely to be able to send healing to
anybody we are worried about, it is against the Law of Non-Intervention to do
so, unless we have asked their permission. So, technically, even praying for
someone else’s redemption or sending healing contravenes this law and will
immediately enact the Law of Karma on the person asking for intervention!
Accordingly, sending healing to the world is needed, but care
must be taken on how we ask, because all souls living on Earth are learning
lessons. If we ask for healing to be sent to all innocents caught up in a war
or catastrophe, we are then working within spiritual law. You must always ask
that it be for the person’s highest and best, in the highest and best way, with
divine ease and grace. It must also be witnessed.
Here’s how I ask for healing for the Earth or for a client:
Mother, Father God, Creator of All That Is, I hold the intention that healing
be sent to all innocents, (or, if you have permission, state the person’s name)
for their highest and best, in the highest and best way with divine, ease and
grace. I call in the Angelic realm to be witness, thank you it is done, it is
done, it is done.

The Last Word
Awakening
In the physical world there are limitations; on lifespan,
movement through time and space or on knowledge. Humans feel hindered by what
they don’t know and feel they only have so many options available to them when
it comes to accessing knowledge either from the past or that still remains
hidden or unknown. In the ethereal kingdom, however, the possibilities are
limitless and there are no boundaries on movement through time and space; all
is available, should one believe it and avail oneself of it. All it takes is
belief.
Humans are spiritual light-beings learning lessons in a
physical body in the third dimensional reality of planet Earth. When their body
dies, their spirit is released back into the light of Creation from whence they
came, carrying all of the knowledge of their past existences with them. The
soul carries the spirit from lifetime to lifetime, gathering wisdom through
every lifetime until it reaches the stage of mastery, after which the soul is
released from the karmic wheel and rebirth back into a human body is thereafter
a choice, not a mandate. At this time, many masters of varying ages are walking
the planet Earth in human form in a last-ditch attempt to bring the human
consciousness to a state of oneness. Whether they are successful or not depends
upon the ability of individuals to see beyond the physical body and to awaken
to their own divinity.
The conscious mind sees only what is before it and remembers
physical experiences from its current reality. The sub-conscious mind, however,
is in touch with the spiritual body and sees, remembers and accesses memories
from other lifetimes and other worlds. It is readily able to shift from reality
to reality, paradigm to paradigm, dimension to dimension, potentially leading
to profound dreams and an awakening of the person’s psychic abilities. This
ability may, however, be extremely disturbing to the individual who is blocked
by the physical reality of their existence and serve to shut their minds down
to the possibilities that have been shown to them. This choice is always theirs
and cannot be intervened upon by anyone, human or otherwise. Accepting one’s
Divine Blueprint can only occur when one can see beyond the physical existence
on Earth. Belief systems can be so indoctrinated in a person, usually from a
very early age, that a soul who incarnated with the intention of awakening to
their own mastery remains blocked for their entire lifetime, ultimately missing
out on the opportunities available to them and on making the difference to the
world they came in to do.
All humans will, at some point, be shown their psychic
potential and their spiritual ancestry by their guides. Those who fully awaken
and become wayshowers to others will usually have agreed to do so with their
soul family before reincarnating, so their resistance or surprise level will be
low. Some will awaken and be frightened or overwhelmed, needing the support and
guidance of people who know what is happening and can guide them through it.
There is never any mandate to stepping into one’s psychic gifts; there will be
no judgement from the Creator as everyone is born with free will. However,
those who do will be fulfilling their soul agreements to help others to awaken
and to serve humanity to the best of their ability, while also living their own
lives and lessons out as planned.
