Trusting the Signs
Having worked as a psychic and
spiritual healer for many years now, I have learnt not to discount anything. In
my world, there are no coincidences, so everything happens for a reason.
Believing this makes life a fair bit easier, in my mind, particularly when it
comes to regret.
For instance, if I miss out on
something or something doesn’t go to plan, it seems to me that it either wasn’t
meant to be or it just wasn’t the right time. If a tarot card literally flies
out of the deck, I will pick that up and use it first. To me, they are all
signs and guidance from the Creator and my angel guides, and I am always
‘listening.’
Even though I am
clairaudient and can ask for and receive answers, I am still sent
comforting signs from my guides. Sometimes I’ll find a feather if I’ve been
feeling down, or a lucky coin in my path. The most common sign I receive are
numbers, consistently with a 0, which means infinity, in the middle, such as
404, 909, 808 etc. I also do often see 11:11, 4:44 or 3:33, which I find
extremely encouraging, as to me it means I am guided and on the right track.
I also receive physical
tingles when my angels want to talk to me, or a flash of white when Creator has
a message.
Sometimes when I’m with a
client, a tingle down my leg or the lights suddenly blinking will alert me to
the fact that someone is there.
Our guides are very eager to
communicate with us and will always find a way to communicate. It’s up to us to
find a way to hear them!
So next time a song from the
past comes on the radio, a bird knocks on your window, a photo suddenly falls
off the shelf or a voice out of nowhere shouts in your ear, take notice!
If you are not sure how to find out what the message is, before seeing a psychic, try automatic writing, drawing some oracle cards, asking questions with a pendulum or meditating.

Follow the Signs (and Symbols)!
There are many symbols in the
world that humans attach meaning to. In fact, symbolism is one of the ancient
languages of the world. While they can represent human activity and industry,
there are symbols that are used in healing, to represent emotions and to
communicate between races; i.e. are universally understood.
The symbol of the Lotus Flower
is one such symbol that relays the message of peace. It has long been used in
spiritual practice, and in many practitioner’s logos, to convey peace, calm and
a loving presence. The lotus floats on water while being anchored to Earth, and
with the element of water being a symbol of emotion, to see a lotus on water
can be taken to mean that grounding and allowing flow will help you to stay on
top of emotional turmoil!
Signs and symbols as messages
from your guides are all around you, should you take the time to stop, look and
listen. Even when you feel disconnected and dispirited, your guides are always
with you, attempting to connect and
communicate with you. Whether
it is through touch or bodily sensations, sounds or words, smells, visions, a
song or numbers that keep recurring, your guides are there to help you. So start
noticing!
Spirit can also infiltrate your dreams to
help you to unravel problems, past trauma or other issues that are affecting
your life. They can also give you messages to guide you forward through the
stories that play out in normal or abnormal settings. If this is the case for
you, having a dream diary at hand can be very useful.
If your spirit guides can use
signs and symbols to communicate, so can humans. Many historians and
archaeologists will know the significance of symbols used in everyday life
today, many of which humans do not spare a second glance, and not all of them
are well meaning or without dark intentions.
So how can you understand what
spirit is trying to tell you?
Of course, there are many
books and internet resources that can help, but their advice is generic and not
all written meanings will relate to your particular message!
The first thing would be to
begin to journal the signs and symbols that you see, hear, feel or dream.
Discount nothing and write it all down for at least a week.
The second important thing to
do is to begin to notice the vibration of things that have recently occurred
and if they are continuing to occur, despite you trying to change your own
behaviour or other circumstances. For instance, are people treating you poorly,
despite you having done nothing wrong? Do you keep breaking things, falling
over or having minor accidents? Is
a relationship, work situation or
friendship suddenly taking a turn for the worse after you have done a
self-improvement course, some professional learning or taken a holiday? If
nothing is going right, it’s time to reflect and notice a) what the patterns are
and b) how you have been feeling about that particular situation. Everything
happens for a reason, and the push from Spirit is urging you to take action.
Change and transition is
messy, but any signs from Spirit will be to
help you to create a better
environment and reality so you can reach your full potential. Sometimes other
people will get hurt and there may be a loss of some kind. Keep tuning into
your intuition and how it feels, because endings spark new beginnings, but
nothing new can come in until the old has been released.
So, take notice of the signs
and symbols that keep cropping up. It may just change your life!

Are You the Teacher or Student?
Teaching is a profession that
many people train for and do all their lives. For some, it is their passion,
for others, it is simply a job. Teachers work in every field, but the nature of
teaching means that lives can be changed, if the lesson and method of delivery
is right.
A teacher, however, can be
anyone who is more knowledgeable or has more experience than another, no matter
their age or stage of life. A lesson can be learned by anyone who is open to
learning and growing personally and spiritually. Therefore, a teacher can be a
friend, a parent, a child, an acquaintance or even an animal, and lessons
taught can often be spontaneous, unexpected and extremely profound.
Souls born into a human body
have lessons to both learn and teach. No meeting of souls throughout a lifetime
is random, as souls have already planned out their lessons and the journey of
blessings and hardships throughout their lifetimes. Members of the soul family
will have agreed to enter at a period in their lives where support or challenge
is needed, so any meeting of a like-minded soul is rarely coincidental. Anyone
who resonates with or challenges you is there for a reason, and it is usually
so you can learn, or teach them, a soul-growth lesson.
Souls needing to learn hard
lessons will choose the best teachers to support or challenge them at the right
time in order to learn or complete a lesson that leads them to soul growth
towards mastery. The teacher may be a newborn baby, a niece or nephew, a school
teacher, a religious leader, a shopkeeper, spiritual teacher, a person you see
on the television or an animal that has a soul.
So, take notice of who comes
into your life that challenges your belief systems, your prejudices, your
knowledge and your feelings. Even if you can’t stand them on a personal level,
what have they said or done that can lead to positive changes in you that will
help you to grow and develop in conscious awareness of yourself and the impact
you have on others?

Senses: Which Psychic Ability Do you Have?
The truth is that everyone has
some psychic ability, but it might be trapped under some heavy expectations
about what you think a psychic ability should look or feel
like. Most people think having psychic ability is actually bigger than it is,
and that’s their downfall.
Everyone has natural intuitive
ability, so it’s not a question of whether you have it or not – it’s a question
of how open you are to using it.
As I described it to one of my
coaching clients the other day, imagine each of the 8 Clair senses on a sliding
scale. Some of ours will be turned up really high, whereas others will be so
low that it feels like they’re completely off.
But they’re all still there!
We lose touch with our psychic senses when we discredit them for so long or
feel shame around them. Religious beliefs and past life trauma (such as being
witch hunted) are often the main culprits, as well as any other energy blockages
around the third eye and crown chakras. Clearing out and healing these energy
centres quickly has a powerful effect on psychic ability – it was after a 3
hour meditation with binaural beats to clear my third eye that I had my first
clairvoyant vision.
If you have even the slightest
sense that you might be psychic, you are.
So, it’s just
a question of which of your psychic abilities is the strongest…

Clairvoyance
Clairvoyance is a clear sense
of vision, ie, psychic sight.
Let’s start with the most
famous one, which is actually one of the least common.
There are even lots of
professional psychics who don’t use this sense because they’re stronger in
their other Clair senses, despite people often assuming that all psychics are
clairvoyants. Those who are clairvoyant will usually advertise themselves as such,
or as a “seer” or “remote viewer”.
If you’re clairvoyant, you may
have had vivid psychic dreams where you saw premonitions (scenes from the
future that came true) or dead relatives who came to visit you. Clairvoyance
often manifests like a projector screen that gets pulled down in front of you
and plays a movie of the past or future, either out of the blue when you’re
fully awake or during meditation.
You can see things with
clairvoyance either externally or internally. Sometimes what you’re seeing may
appear as though it’s in front of you, outside your body. Whereas, other times
it could be something you see in your mind which makes it easier to pass off as
your imagination, until you find out later that it was a psychic vision of what
was going to happen.
You can even classify your eye
being drawn to visual signs such as Angel numbers and
white feathers as a type of clairvoyance.

What Clairvoyance is like for me!

I don’t get visions or
premonitions as such. I do remote view over my clients to tune into them. I see
everything with my third eye, or energetically. The energy of the aura and
chakras tells me so much about what is happening with that person – pain, emotional
overwhelm, depression, narcissism. I can also body scan and see the energy of
the organs, blockages and emotional trauma. I can see loved ones on the
shoulder, and then see them in the spirit world. Clairvoyance really is ‘clear
seeing’ for me! VC
